Il Nizza DOCG coinvolge Nizza e 17 comuni limitrofi; solo da l\u00ec e dalle migliori esposizioni, con rese in vigna estremamente limitate, si producono le uve per questo vino, che pu\u00f2 essere messo in commercio solo a partire dal 2 anno successivo alla vendemmia, dopo un periodo obbligatorio di affinamento in legno e poi in bottiglia.<\/p>\n<p>Rosso rubino con riflessi viola, il nostro Le Nicche presenta un profumo intenso, complesso, di frutta a bacca rossa, con note dolci di vaniglia e caff\u00e8. In bocca \u00e8 pieno, caldo, con sentori di liquirizia e tannini equilibrati.
