La distilleria White Oak \u00e8 di propriet\u00e0 dell\u2019azienda Eigashima Shuzo, una delle pi\u00f9 antiche aziende di distillati giapponese, pensate che la Eigashima ottenne la licenza per la distillazione di whisky gi\u00e0 nel 1919, in pratica fu la prima azienda giapponese a poter distillare whisky. Il whisky Akashi \u00e8 un blended whisky creato in White Oak da un mastro Toji (un grande maestro nell\u2019arte del sak\u00e8) che ha implementato alcune tecniche per la produzione del sak\u00e8 nel whisky, rendendo questo prodotto veramente unico.<\/p>\n
L\u2019Akashi Blue\u00a0\u00e8 un blended whisky giapponese creato da un mix di whisky invecchiati per 2 anni in botti di rovere americana che in precedenza hanno contenuto Shochu e per un anno in botti ex-sherry. Il Blue \u00e8 imbottigliato ad un classico 40% vol.<\/p>\n
Colore:<\/strong> Oro brunito.<\/p>\n Aroma:<\/strong> Al naso \u00e8 fruttato con note di mele, pere e un leggero sentore di frutta rossa, abbiamo anche note di vaniglia e un piccolo tocco di quercia.<\/p>\n Sapore:<\/strong> Al palato \u00e8 morbido con note di vaniglia, erba verde, cera d\u2019api e pepe nero con sentori di rovere.<\/p>\n Finale:<\/strong> Di media persistenza,
