Tanto tempo fa, tra i verdi pascoli di Valle Castellana… i pastori notarono che le pecore, sazie dopo il pascolo, andavano continuamente a leccare piante di Genziana; questa curiosa abitudine fece comprendere loro, nel tempo, che le radici stimolavano la digestione. Da qui tutto ebbe inizio!<\/p>\n
La Genziana delle Pecore \u00e8 un amaro a base vino bianco, composta da un blend di\u00a0tre radici tagliate a mano.\u00a0<\/strong>Il\u00a0processo di produzione \u00e8 totalmente artigianale<\/strong>. Il vino bianco riesce ad estrarre tutti i profumi della radice di genziana, creando un distillato dal sapore articolato e rotondo.<\/p>\n La Genziana delle Pecore risulta amaro al palato.<\/p>\n
