Abbiamo sempre desiderato pubblicare un Cask Strength Whisky sotto la serie The Bridge e abbiamo deciso di immergerci nell’acqua con una versione Cask Strength del nostro Saints Island Release.<\/span><\/p>\n

Imbottigliato al 54,9% di alcol e limitato a 100 bottiglie come esclusiva della distilleria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maturazione:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Questo whisky color rame intenso \u00e8 stato inizialmente maturato in Bourbon e finito per 22 mesi in un mozzicone di Amontillado Dulce Sherry da 500 litri, che faceva parte di una solera per oltre 30 anni in Spagna prima che lo acquistassimo.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Naso:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Uvetta, strudel di mele e cuoio lucidato.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gusto:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Ricco caramello, frutta caramellata, noci cotte e tabacco da pipa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fine\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Lungo con fave di cacao, nocciole tostate, ciliegie al maraschino e spezie miste.<\/span><\/p>\n
