Siamo incredibilmente entusiasti di questa ultima versione in edizione limitata, lanciata come parte della serie “The Casks of Lindores”, che \u00e8 stata creata per mostrare lo spirito pluripremiato della Lindores Abbey Distillery.\u00a0Questo, il primo rilascio, \u00e8 stato maturato esclusivamente in botti ex bourbon e imbottigliato a 49,4% vol, che \u00e8 una forza maggiore rispetto al core single malt rilasciato dalla distilleria.<\/p>\n
Naso:<\/strong>\u00a0buon spirito in una buona botte.\u00a0Ti d\u00e0 un whisky molto bevibile ma anche prevedibile.\u00a0C’\u00e8 malto, pane a lievitazione naturale, mele, cheesecake al limone e un pizzico di pepe bianco.\u00a0Forse anche un po’ di ananas fresco.\u00a0La vaniglia non \u00e8 esagerata.\u00a0Alcune note erbacee in sottofondo.<\/p>\n Bocca:<\/strong>\u00a0abbastanza cremoso ma con un esordio pi\u00f9 morbido del previsto.\u00a0Pi\u00f9 freschezza agrumata (appaiono i mandarini), frutti gialli, vaniglia e tante note biscottate.\u00a0Note panate.\u00a0Poi sentori di bitter ale.\u00a0Senti ancora il carattere spiritoso – penso che l’equilibrio tra la botte e lo spirito possa essere migliorato.<\/p>\n Finale:<\/strong>\u00a0non troppo lungo, piuttosto granuloso con frutti
