Dopo qualche anno di rodaggio, \u00e8 nato<strong>\u00a0Akashi<\/strong>, primo\u00a0<strong>blended<\/strong>\u00a0della distilleria, un whisky senza definizione di et\u00e0 e creato unicamente a partire da single malt provenienti dalla White Oak stessa; particolarit\u00e0: gli alambicchi di questa distilleria vengono messi in uso solo un mese all&#8217;anno, va da se che la quantit\u00e0 \u00e8 davvero esigua!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Akashi<\/strong>\u00a0ha un\u00a0Colore giallo ambra intenso con vivi riflessi ramati, al naso colpisce con note dolci e speziate di cannella, caramello e mou, accenni di pepe nero e toni pi\u00f9 dolci di vaniglia, con scorza d&#8217;arancio candito in sottofondo. L&#8217;assaggio \u00e8 potente, quasi viscoso nella consistenza, molto morbido e strutturato, ricco di rimandi tostati e torrefatti che lasciano un lieve sentore affumicato.<\/p>\n<p
